Not only does this workshop cover the concepts of performance coaching but also reviews an underlying foundation that should exist in your business unit. This foundation consists of a vision, objectives, and metrics, that when in place can prevent the necessity for performance coaching.
This workshop will give you the tools to structure performance conversations utilizing a collaborative approach which provides clear feedback, as well as, helps to determine the underlying causes of poor performance when necessary.
